+ What is included with the Super Bouncer 14ft with enclosure?
The trampoline with its polymesh bed and garden green frame pads, plus the Enhanced Safety Net (ESN) enclosure with 8 poles, neoprene pole covers and an L-shaped zip-and-clip entrance.
+ How much space do I need for a 14ft trampoline?
The Super Bouncer is 14ft (427cm) across and 268cm (9ft) tall including the enclosure. We recommend leaving at least 2m of clear space on all sides, away from fences, walls, trees and overhead obstructions.
+ What is the maximum user weight?
The maximum user weight is 140kg (22st) for a single user. Only one person should bounce at a time, and children should always be supervised.
+ Can it stay outside all year?
It is designed for outdoor use. If you want extra protection through the winter, a 14ft trampoline weather cover is available.
+ Is it easy to assemble?
The frame is flat-packed, and you can download the installation guide from this page before you start. If you would rather not build it yourself, we also offer a build service.
+ Are spare parts available?
Yes. We supply spare parts and accessories for all of our trampoline models, including beds, frame pads and springs.
+ How is the safety enclosure fitted?
Each enclosure pole clamps to a trampoline leg using two clamps, one about 30cm below the frame and one about 30cm above the ground, with a rubber spacer between pole and leg. The net attaches to the bed at the spring points and to the poles with bungee loops, and the entrance should line up with a W-shaped leg base. The installation guide shows each step.
+ Does it come with a ladder?
No, a ladder is not included and is sold separately. The guide recommends always using a ladder to get on and off, hooked securely over the top of the frame and the correct height for the trampoline, and always facing it when you climb. Ladders carry a 12 month guarantee against manufacturing defects. If you are unsure which ladder suits this trampoline, please contact our team.
+ How long is the warranty?
The Gold Level Warranty covers the frame and springs for 10 years against structural failure due to rust, the bed for 5 years against structural failure due to rot, and the frame pads for 3 years (stitching failure only). The safety net is covered for 2 years against manufacturing defects. Cover is for domestic use, and you will need your proof of purchase to make a claim.
+ How do I look after my trampoline?
It is built to stay outdoors, but a little care helps it last. Check each month that the joints are intact, that every spring is attached and that no spring is stretched, and look over the bed and pads for damage. Remove any surface rust with a wire brush or coarse sandpaper and touch up with a non-toxic paint, and keep fireworks, cigarette ends and bonfire debris away from the bed and pads.
