STANDARD DELIVERY INFORMATION
Mainland UK Delivery
- Orders under £24.99 — Delivery charge £2.99
- Orders between £25.00 and £79.99 — Delivery charge £4.99
- Orders over £80.00 — FREE delivery to Mainland UK
Most orders are delivered within 2–5 working days from the date of purchase.
Please note:
- Deliveries may require a signature upon arrival.
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please leave instructions for the courier to leave the parcel in a safe place.
- All orders are subject to stock availability.
- Deliveries are carried out by trusted third-party courier services on our behalf.
Deliveries are normally made between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We recommend checking your goods carefully before signing for delivery. If the packaging appears damaged, please sign the courier’s delivery note as “Damaged”.
While we always aim to deliver on the estimated date provided, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances beyond our control. In the rare event of a delay, we will work closely with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
DELIVERY TO SCOTLAND
- Orders weighing over 30KG may incur an additional surcharge of £2.95.
- Orders under £80.00 and below 30KG are charged at the standard delivery rate.
- Orders over £80.00 and under 30KG qualify for free delivery.
Additional delivery charges may apply for Highlands, Grampians, and Scottish Islands depending on parcel size and weight.

DELIVERY TO NORTHERN IRELAND, ISLE OF MAN, ISLE OF WIGHT & CHANNEL ISLANDS
Delivery outside Mainland UK is available upon request and shipping charges are calculated based on parcel size and weight.
Estimated delivery times for offshore locations are typically between 3–7 working days.

We offer international delivery on selected products by request.

International Payment Information
International orders can be paid using:

Credit or debit card payments may only be accepted if the card is registered to a UK Mainland billing address.
We aim to respond to all international enquiries within 1 business day.
Cancellation & Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Trampolines Online.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order:
- Before dispatch by contacting us directly via email or phone.
- After dispatch by returning the goods in accordance with our returns policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
- Customers may return products within 30 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Once returned goods have been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note:
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
- A restocking fee may apply for large trampoline products or incomplete returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged products
- Custom-made or special-order trampolines
- Installed or used trampoline accessories
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact our support team immediately with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographs of the damage (if applicable)
We will work quickly to resolve the matter through replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
