Frequently Asked Questions
+ Who is the Orbit 11 x 8ft designed for?
Families who want a reliable trampoline for everyday use in the garden.
+ Is Orbit safe for children?
Orbit is built with safety in mind, with a full-height safety enclosure, padded curved poles, wide padding over the springs and frame, and an easy-access entrance. As with any trampoline, we recommend adult supervision and one jumper at a time.
+ How is Orbit different from a typical trampoline?
It uses the AkroAir perforated jumping mat, AkroSpring Pro springs with a spring protection flap, wide UV resistant safety padding and the screwless AkroClick assembly system.
+ How does it feel when jumping?
The bounce is smooth, quiet and controlled, designed for comfortable family jumping rather than performance use.
+ Is it suitable for everyday use?
Yes. Orbit is designed for regular family use, with UV and water resistant padding and a UV and tear resistant net. The frame has a lifetime warranty, the springs 10 years, the safety pad 3 years, and the jumping mat and net 2 years each.
+ Does it include a safety net?
Yes. A full safety net comes as standard.
+ How is Orbit different from Orbit Pro?
The Orbit Pro has upgraded enclosure details, and its net carries a 5-year warranty compared with 2 years on the Orbit. See the Orbit Pro (available in round sizes).
+ Why choose the Orbit?
It combines a full enclosure, wide spring protection and tool-free AkroClick assembly with long warranties, and we hold spares for the Akrobat range here in the UK.
+ Is UK-wide delivery available?
Yes, we deliver across the United Kingdom. Each trampoline is made to order, so please allow 6 to 8 weeks.
